We offer a 2-week Fair Trial Period for any new responsibilities that fall outside your initial plan. This allows us to assess the skill level and time required before any permanent pay scaling occurs. We believe in "Upsell on Skill, Not Just Time," so you only pay for the expertise you're actually using.
How do you track hours, and will I be notified of my usage?
Transparency is one of our core values. We use precise, minute-by-minute time tracking for every task. You will receive weekly and monthly reports detailing exactly how your hours were spent, ensuring your budget is always protected and fully optimized.
What is the difference between a General, Skilled, and Specialized VA?
- General: Focused on "Doing"—following your established instructions for admin and daily tasks.
- Skilled/Specialized: Focused on "Owning"—experts in fields like Project Management, Bookkeeping, or E-commerce who suggest solutions and optimize your existing systems.
- Note: Base plans cover General support; specialized skills can be added as a percentage adjustment.
Is there a long-term contract or a setup fee?
We prefer to earn your business every month, so we offer flexible, month-to-month agreements. While onboarding and training usually carry a one-time setup fee, we are currently waiving all setup fees ($150–$250 value) for our early clients.
